What you should know before booking ….?
To guarantee your reservation you must provide us with a credit card number, which you can do directly on our website or by contacting us by phone.
CHECK IN : 16:00 – 21:00 CHECK OUT : 11:00
We are strict about the chek-in and chek-out times, we think about the rest of the guests who are staying with us and the punctual delivery of the accommodation to the new guests.
We do not have a reception service in the accommodation, we will contact you in advance of your arrival date to give you instructions on how to check-in and provide you with the information you need for your stay.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings can be made online: through the availability manager on our website or by sending us an email. You can also contact us on the telephone numbers at the bottom of the page.
Once the booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a booking number and the characteristics and conditions of the booking at the email address you have provided. Please note that the number of people specified in the reservation must be the same as the number of people who will finally occupy the flat, being mandatory the presence of an adult over 18 years old to rent the flat.
Once the booking has been confirmed, the credit card used to guarantee the booking can be charged at any time.
No additional costs will be charged except those specified in the extras or those to cover damage to property.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to arrival, no refund will be given.
For direct cause of Covid-19 duly justified by any of the parties, the cancellation is free of charge regardless of the date on which it takes place.
